Wonderful capture. For those who don't know, the Maid of the Mist is a boat that takes you to the base of the Horseshoe Falls at Niagara. Been on it and its an experience not to be forgotten. Hard to keep water spots from the lens. Great capture here Russell. Love it !!

Russell Styles replied:

It is indeed a great experience...I ended up cramming my camera into one of those zip lock sandwich bag type bags because I didn't have a proper waterproof cover...the spray on the lens I just kept wiping off as best as I could...got lucky with this one and then my Nik software did the rest...

About Russell Styles

Russell Styles

I'm a chef by trade and a photographer by heart. I've had a camera since I was 14 years old and have been capturing images for as long as I've been traveling. I grew up in the north of England,(the bit where the motorway is cobbled), I've seen a little bit of the world and currently reside in Canada.
